## Partner Reference IDs

Partner reference IDs (`partner_reference`), which are partner-defined values tied to a Leap `meter_id` that help correlate Leap meter IDs to the dispatch-able devices in a partner's internal systems, are now included in all dispatch API notifications including:

- **Webhook** - Meter & group level notifications
- **Dispatch API** - Meter & group level notifications
