Idle periods are deleted successfully.

#### Error Responses

- **400** Meter id is not a valid UUID.  
- **401** You are not authorized to perform this operation.  
- **403** You do not have the necessary permissions for this operation.  
- **404** No matching idle period can be found for one of the periods in the array.
